General information:
- The prices are per person for accommodations with breakfast for a stay of four or more nights and include use of the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, outdoor pool, garden with deck chairs and umbrellas, our own bikes to borrow, a welcome cocktail in the garden on Monday,
- For a stay of less than four nights, we charge an additional fee of 10 %.
- Great discounts for children in the parents’ room: children up to 4 yrs. Euro 5,00/night, from 4 to 10 yrs. old 50 % discount, 10 years and older 20 % discount.
- We welcome those traveling alone and do not charge an extra fee for single rooms.
- We are no more fans of cancellation than you are. Please be aware that we charge the following prices for cancelled bookings: up to 30 days prior to arrival 30%, 29 to 10 days prior to arrival 50 %, 9 days to 1 day and no-shows or early departure 100 %.
- The booking of your stay is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit (30%). Please arrange travel cancellation insurance .

In this new, spacious suite with a living room/kitchen combo – also wonderfully suited for families – use of the kitchen is included. For an extra charge of Euro 60.00/week/person you can also have breakfast . The daily cleaning, final cleaning, linens, and use of the refrigerator are always included.
